Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition and shipping fees are not refunded. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned once the return has been received. Returns may take 3-5 business days to be returned to your original payment method depending on the financial institution.
Replacements
If there is an issue with an order (i.e arrived damaged) you can request for the item to be replaced. We will replace any new item and send the replacement once the return has been shipped. Used books can be substituted with another book, if there is a price difference we will either issue a refund or charge the card for the difference depending on the cost of the original item and the new item.
