The Journey to Raven's Nest
Welcome to our little corner of the world! We're Kiley and Kade, the co-founders of this bookstore. Our journey began with a shared love for reading and a passion for creating a space where book lovers can feel at home.
I, Kiley, have always been drawn to the mysterious and the macabre, envisioning a store that captures the essence of Salem, MA—moody, cozy, and full of character. My partner, Kade, shares my enthusiasm, he is just less of a black cat and more of a golden retriever.
Together, we're dedicated to crafting a haven where everyone feels welcome. We believe in celebrating all genres without censorship, embracing the diversity of literature and the readers who love it. Our goal is to build a community that supports and inspires each other, and we're excited to have you join us on this journey.

Giving Back However We Can
We're starting small. Right now we collect donations from people that are trying to declutter but don't want to just throw away books. What we do is go through them all and decide if we are going to keep them or not. If we do not keep them, depending on their condition, we either donate them to a library or an organization called Bay State Book Company, who's main goal is to keep books out of landfills. They will either rehome the books or find a way to properly recycle them.
We are working on a way to accept donations from not only locals, but from people all over by providing shipping labels, along with other useful resources. Please be patient while we work out the details, we will notify everyone via email and social media once we are confident in our system(s).
